We’re a tight-knit team of industry veterans and experienced content marketers, and we’re growing. Join our team as we continue to innovate upon our data-driven process for search-based content strategy, leveraging Audience Key, a cutting-edge technology that turns keyword research into sophisticated digital content strategies.
Currently, we have an excellent opportunity to add a junior Digital Content Strategist to our team. We’re looking for that special person who brings a demonstrated history of curiosity, intellect, and energy, ready to learn and immerse themselves in the world of search and content marketing.
You should possess at least a basic level knowledge of digital content marketing, but more importantly, we are looking for someone who has the following characteristics and aptitude:

- Client Facing: Competence to interface and communicate effectively with clients as part of a consultative solutions team
The following hard skills are required:
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Basic understanding of what SEO is and why it matters
- Basic understanding of content management systems, their purposes and how they work
- Understanding the digital marketing ecosystem and how various channels work together to form a cohesive marketing strategy
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other search metrics and analytics (with an eagerness to learn more)
- Basic understanding of structured data, how to set up and why it’s important
- General knowledge of excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, filters)
Duties include:
- Keyword research (will train)
- Keyword mapping (will train)
- Writing and editing content for the web
- Analytics and report creation
- Project management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 /year+ (commensurate with experience)

Location: Work out of our Phoenix headquarters to start, option for eventual flex hybrid (office/home split) once trained and proven
